The
Siegler Center for Integrative Medicine offers both
Level I (Beginner) and Level II (intermediate) Yoga
Classes. Each class series included 8 sessions. Yoga
is a series of poses designed to improve flexibility,
strength and posture. In addition, Yoga is a great
way to relieve stress and master relaxation techniques.
All participants must preregister and make payments

This five-week empowerment group will offer mind/body
techniques to help manage symptoms and optimize wellness.
Sessions and topics include: Meditation and Guided Imagery,
Relaxation Techniques, Stress Management Techniques,
