The Children's Heart Center conducts a variety of investigational studies that are advancing the field and improving the quality of care for children and young adults with congenital heart disease. The Center has been awarded grants totaling nearly one million dollars to conduct both clinical and basic science research.

Through this endeavor, the Children's Heart Center continuously strives to improve treatment, while focusing on the ultimate goal of heart disease prevention.
