- 3 letters of recommendation should be directly sent to the
program director at the address below. Of the letters,
at least one letter should be from previous program director
and one from an attending pediatric cardiologist.
- Applications are accepted for 2009 program (one position) until
the last week of June 2008. Interviews will be held in July &
early August 2008. Final selection will be made in mid-late August
2008.
