Nearest Airport: Newark Liberty International Airport (2.8 miles from the hospital)
New York City is 15 miles east of Newark. New York City’s other
airports (JFK airport – 40 miles & La Guardia airport – 33
miles) are comparatively inconvenient due to traffic conditions.
From Garden State Parkway
Northbound: Pass through Union toll booth, take exit 143 Irvington.
At first light make a left onto Cleremont Avenue. At next light
make a right onto Lyons Avenue. Follow blue signs directing you
to medical center (approximately 2 miles on your left).

Northbound: Stay in right lane at Union toll booth. Take the first
exit after the toll, which is exit 142 (Route 78 East). Get off
Route 78 at first exit. Follow directions as noted under "From
Routes 78 or 24".
Southbound: Take exit 143B Hillside/Lyons Avenue. Bear right at
first light and turn right at next light onto Lyons Avenue. Follow
blue signs directing you to the medical center (approximately 2
miles on your left).
From Route 80 (Warren, Morris Area)
Take 80 East to 280 East to Garden State Parkway South. Follow
as above.
From Routes 78 or 24
East from Chatham area: Take Route 24 to Route 78 East (Local)
to exit 54 Hillside/Irvington. Go straight on exit ramp, towards
Irvington. Turn right at second light onto Lyons Avenue. Follow
blue signs directing you to medical center. Medical center will
be on your left at the sixth traffic light.
West from Airport: Take Route 78 West (Local) to exit 55
Irvington/ Hillside, bear left to first light. Turn left onto Lyons
Avenue, follow as above.
From New Jersey Turnpike
At Newark International Airport, Exit 14, follow Route 78 West
(Local) as above.
From Route 22
To Garden State Parkway North, Exit 143 Irvington, follow as above.
From Holland Tunnel
New Jersey Turnpike to Route 78 West (Local).
Follow as above.
FROM LINCOLN TUNNEL
Route 3 to Garden State Parkway South, Exit 143B Hillside/Irvington.

Route 3 to Turnpike South. Exit 14 to 78 West (Local). Follow both
as indicated above. At Newark Beth Israel Medical Center, turn
left onto Osborne Terrace to our multi-level parking garage located
on the right. The medical center's main entrance is at the Lester
Z. Lieberman Center for Ambulatory Care, to the left of the garage
entrance.
