Diabetes Self Management Classes

We offer...

• Certified Diabetes Educators - Nurses and Nutritionists
  
  
• Each session includes 10 hours diabetes education taught over five sessions.
  
  
• Spouses, parents and significant others included at no additional charge
  

This program is fee for service. We will provide a receipt of payment for personal submission to insurance carriers for out of network benefit coverage and reimbursement. Medicare reimbursement is also accepted.
