Exercise Physiology

A regular program of exercise produces fitness and reduces the risk of disease, while having the benefit of strengthening the lungs, toning the muscles and keeping the joints in good condition. In addition, exercise helps people cope better with stress.

Individualized fitness programs can be created through the Center for Health and Wellness.
