Our Facility

The Center for Health and Wellness has advanced cardiovascular and strength training equipment including:

one upright stair machine three seated stair step machines nine stationary bicycles (including recumbant, airdyne, upper body ergometer combination and regular) two upper body cycles two arc machines 14-piece Cybex circuit free weights resistance bands and tubing stetching table and area

In addition, changing rooms, lockers and showers are also available.

The Center for Health and Wellness, located at the Saint Barnabas Ambulatory Care Center, has a tranquil pastoral exterior with a pond, lush green lawns, floral beds and trees. Members can look out onto the serene landscaping during their workouts and enjoy the feeling of being outdoors.
