 Possible Insurance Coverage through Wellness Benefits
Your health insurance company may provide you with limited wellness coverage. This coverage may pay for a portion of your membership fee. Upon request, the staff at the Center will be happy to provide a letter to your insurance company verifying your enrollment in the program, and will also assist you with the completion of any medical forms that may be necessary for the collection of your wellness benefits. Check with your health insurance provider to determine if you have wellness coverage.
