Comprehensive health assessments help members to set goals and evaluate fitness improvements.
All program participants undergo an initial comprehensive health and fitness assessment by an exercise physiologist.
This assessment includes:
- Comprehensive medical history evaluation
- Height, weight and body composition measurements
- Discussion of goals
Upon completion of the assessment, all new members participate in an orientation program. During the orientation, the Center's exercise physiologists teach appropriate exercise techniques, demonstrate the proper use of the equipment and introduce personalized wellness programs.
During each following visit to the Center, the trainers are readily available to assist members with exercise routines and help to update personal wellness plans.
Individualized nutritional counseling, personal training and exercise classes are also available to members and non-members at an additional charge.
