Belleville, NJ—When correctly installed and used, car seats are extremely effective in saving children’s lives. Clara Maass Medical Center and the Belleville Police Department will host a Car Seat Safety Check on Saturday, May 16, 2009, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the 5 Franklin Avenue Parking Lot, Belleville, NJ (Located on the campus of Clara MaassMedical Center). Safety officers from the Belleville Police Department will inspect your children’s car seats to ensure maximum protection. Registration is not required and there is no cost to attend this event.
