Lifeline is an electronic emergency response system that provides
the elderly and chronically ill an immediate connection to the
Emergency Department of the hospital, bringing help to those in
crisis within minutes. Lifeline is used as an integral part of
the multidisciplinary, comprehensive discharge plan of our physicians,
social workers, case managers, nurses and home healthcare agencies.
Referrals are also made by other institutions and agencies.
