Located in the Continuing Care Center at Belleville, the Bridges
Subacute Rehabilitation Unit assists patients in bridging the gap
between their acute-care hospitalization and return to the community.
Each patient is evaluated by an interdisciplinary team before designing
and implementing a rehabilitation program.
