In addition to our Newborn Nursery, Community Medical Center maintains a Level II Special Care Nursery, for premature newborns born at 32 weeks or greater, and newborns in need of specialized medical treatment. With a neonatologist available 24-hours a day, and our highly skilled team of neonatal nurses,we provide comprehensive expert medical care utilizing the latest technology.
We understand that new parents want and need to spend time with their newborns, especially when they’re born with special care needs. Our liberal visitation policy encourages families to share special time with their newborn, enhancing the bonding process.
