TOMS RIVER, New Jersey, September 24, 2007--- Heart disease is a serious condition, but it can often be managed by living a “heart-healthy” lifestyle.
In a free luncheon program presented by the Lighthouse in partnership with QMedCare — a Medicare Advantage Plan designed to meet the needs of Medicare beneficiaries suffering from heart-related illnesses — advice will be given on how to take control of heart health and wellness. “Living Heart Healthy” will be presented at the Lighthouse at Toms River on Thursday, October 4, then repeated at theLighthouse at Lacey on Monday, October 15 and the Lighthouse at Whiting on Monday, October 22. All programs begin at 12:30 p.m.
