TOMS RIVER, NJ, MAY 12, 2008 – On Monday, June 8 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., Community Medical Center will hold its Cancer Survivorship Fair in the Outpatient Lobby.

This is a great opportunity for all those who have been touched by this disease, along with their family and friends, to celebrate survivorship and learn about issues that concern cancer survivors. Participants will learn how to improve their overall health and well-being to prevent cancer, while celebrating survivors.

Information about specific cancer guidelines for follow up care will be on hand, as will information on the hospital’s pet therapy program and reiki therapy.  Free parking, light refreshments including Rita’s Italian Ices, mini-massages and other giveaways will be available.

Please join us to celebrate survivors and learn how you can improve your health and well-being.
