Tumor Type: Colorectal Cancer

IRB 08-011: Familial colorectal Cancer Registry Program at Monmouth Medical Center
The primary objective of this study is to identify and educate individuals and families at increased risk of developing colorectal cancer.
| Inclusion Criteria: |
Healthy adults, cancer survivors and those currently under treatment for cancer |
| Exclusion Criteria: |
those under 18 without the consent of their parent or guardian |
| Procedure: |
Consent and completion of a colorectal Cancer Risk Evaluation Form
After analysis, a letter will be sent with a family tree diagram and educational material about colorectal cancer and how family history affects risk of developing colorectal cancer |
