Lakewood, NJ – A group of
four very lucky employees from the Saint Barnabas Behavioral
Health Center in Toms River were the winners of Kimball Medical
Center’s Mega Raffle 50/50. The winning ticket
was drawn on Friday, May 1, on the 96th Anniversary of Kimball
Medical Center’s Opening.
Tickets were valued at $100 each, so the group of four employees
each chipped in $25 in support of Kimball Medical Center
for their chance at the winnings. Exactly 483 tickets
were sold, grossing $48,300 for Kimball. After taxes,
each of the winners received a check in the amount of $4,509.37.
Pictured here are the four lucky winners with Joe Hicks,

of Manalapan.

The Kimball Medical Center Foundation was created to support
Kimball Medical Center and the programs and services it provides.
A variety of fundraising events held throughout the year,
as well as contributions from individuals, corporations,
and other donors help the Foundation fund facility improvements,
and also help fund new programs and services and purchase
state of the art equipment. The foundation enjoys the support
of thousands of friends, especially the members of the Kimball
Medical Center Auxiliary Association, whom not only raise
funds for the hospital, but also serve as “ambassadors” in
the community.
