The Pediatric Cardiac Surgery Program provides life-saving care through its affiliation with the cardiac surgery program at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia and the Children’s Heart Center at Newark Beth Israel Medical Center. Our team includes recognized experts in all aspects of pediatric cardiovascular evaluation and treatment, including non-invasive cardiology, interventional cardiac catheterization, cardiac electrophysiology, cardiac intensive care, cardiac anesthesia, cardiothoracic surgery and cardiac transplantation.

Renal Services include comprehensive nephrology and transplant services for children with all stages of kidney disease through The Children’s Hospital At Monmouth Medical Center in conjunction with Children’s Hospital at Newark Beth Israel Medical, which offers one of New Jersey’s most experienced pediatric kidney transplantation programs. For children who require life-sustaining kidney dialysis, the Pediatric Dialysis Unit at The Children’s Hospital at Monmouth Medical Center provides state-of-the-art hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis.

At The Children's Hospital at Monmouth Medical Center, our affiliation with The Burn Center at Saint Barnabas enables children to get the most advanced care without delay. As the only state-certified burn treatment facility in New Jersey and one of the largest in North America, The Burn Center cares for the full spectrum of burns, including the most severe injuries that require specialty care from many disciplines. Young patients are cared for by a team which includes burn surgeons, intensivists, nurses, child life specialists, social workers, occupational therapists, pharmacists and nutritionists who are all dedicated to the care of burned children.
