Registrants canceling their enrollment three or more business
days prior to the class date will be able to reschedule the class
or receive a full refund, less the non-refundable registration
fee of $30. If it is necessary to cancel or reschedule a class,
notify The Community Health Education Department at 732-923-6990,
Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. No refunds will
be provided for cancellations received less than three business
days before the beginning of a class or for “no shows.”
Because class fees are set at nominal rates to cover the cost of
supplies and instructors, we regret that the only exception to
the cancellation policy is due to a medical emergency.
"NO-SHOWS" WILL PAY FULL PROGRAM FEE.
NO RESCHEDULING WILL BE PROVIDED.
A program may be canceled as late as within an hour
of a program’s
start. Before 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, pre-registered program
participants are contacted by phone. After 5 p.m. and on weekends,
please listen for cancellation announcements on WJLK-FM (94.3)
WADB-AM (1310) or WHTG (1410-AM, 106.3 FM.
