To meet your needs, we have developed a special cosmetic
surgery global rate package which is available to those paying
in full — either by personal check or charge, 10 days prior
to surgery, or by certified check or charge the day before surgery.
This global fee includes elective cosmetic surgical procedures
and does not include any third-party reimbursement.
Included in the global fee is:
- Basic pre-admission testing services
- Care provided in the ambulatory surgery unit pre- and postoperatively
- Physician's fee for anesthesia, including supplies
- Use of a fully equipped operating room with state-of-the-art
instruments and equipment
The cosmetic package does not include surgeons' fees,
cost of implants or overnight hospitalization. An optional 23-hour
hospital stay with nursing care can be arranged for an additional
fee. This fee, along with the costs of implants, where applicable,
will be expected at the time of pre-admission testing.
The cosmetic package also does not include fees for
additional hospitalization or surgical procedures related to unanticipated
complications.
