Family Health Center is located in Downtown Long Branch
and on site at Monmouth Medical Center
Monmouth Family Health Center is a Federally Qualified Community
Health Center with a mission of providing economically disadvantaged
individuals in Long Branch and surrounding communities with high
quality, comprehensive, affordable, culturally sensitive and linguistically
appropriate primary and preventive health care. The Center employs
dedicated staff of doctors, nurses and other professionals that
provide a wide range of services. The location at 270 Broadway is
a 10,000 square feet facility accessible to public transportation.
OB/GYN and dental services are provided in the campus of Monmouth
Medical Center. This location has easy access to public transportation
as well.
The Center provides health care services to more than 10,000 people
each year, with more than 40,000 visits annually. There is 24 hour
health care coverage by a qualified health care practitioner. Sick
children are seen the same day; so, there is no need to take the
child to the Emergency Room during working hours. The Center accepts
most insurance plans. In addition, we provide deep discounted services
to both pediatric and adult patients with no insurance. For more

Spanish and Portuguese.

all Medicaid HMO’s. If you have already chosen a practitioner
not affiliated with the Monmouth Family Health Center, but wish
to receive your care at Monmouth Family Health Center you can request
a transfer through your HMO.

HMO that includes practitioners at the Monmouth Family Health Center.
In addition to Medicaid HMOs, Monmouth Family Health accepts other
