There are physical and hormonal changes in a woman’s body that affect heart health throughout the stages of life. Understanding these changes and how to address them with diet, exercise and both prophylactic and responsive medical care will help women to live healthier and longer lives.

We are pleased to introduce you to Marc Cohen, MD, Chief of the Division of Cardiology, and Director of Cardiology, Newark Beth Israel Medical Center, and a professor of medicine at the Mount Sinai School of Medicine. He will provide an interesting and provocative presentation on heart health for you, your mothers and your daughters. He will discuss the changing need for cardiac care, nutrition and exercise for women 20-30, 40-50 and 60-70.
