Home Friend Program

The Home Friend Program at the Center for Geriatric Heath provides FREE light chore services to qualified seniors, age 60 and older and disabled adults, age 18 and older

Some qualifications are:

• You reside in the South Ward of Newark or Irvington
• You do not have Medicaid
• You require assistance in your daily functions and have limited help from others

This program is funded by the Essex County Division on Aging
