The Family Health Center's Outpatient Nutrition Services Program is staffed by registered dietitians who work with you and/or your physician to develop a personal nutrition program that can fit your busy lifestyle and supplement your treatment, recovery or disease prevention goals. The Outpatient Nutrition Services program provides:
- Community programs for patients of all ages
- Individual counseling and nutrition education materials for men, women and children of all ages
- Nutrition counseling for weight loss, diabetes, heart disease, kidney disease and high blood pressure and many other conditions
The program is staffed by nutritionists specializing in:
- Adult health and disease prevention
- Women's health and nutrition during pregnancy
- Pediatric and adolescent nutrition
- Geriatric nutrition
- Immunosuppressant diseases
