Kearny, NJ -- On Tuesday, August 25, from 2:30 – 4:30 p.m., Clara Maass Continuing Care Center at West Hudson, an affiliate of the Saint Barnabas Health Care System located at 206 Bergen Avenue in Kearny, will host a free Bounce Back to Wellness program for older adults. Bounce Back to Wellness is a low-impact exercise program that uses a tethered latex ball. All participants will receive a complimentary Bounce Back Ball and exercise demonstration.
Participants are asked to wear comfortable clothing. Refreshments will be served. Registration is required. Please RSVP to 1-888-724-7123 (select prompt #1) no later than 8/21.
