This 132-bed facility offers skilled long-term
care and a short-term unit specializing in rehabilitation,
post-acute cardiac care including therapies for
chronic heart failure, joint surgery rehabilitation,
post-acute left ventricular device (LVAD) rehabilitation
and wound-care management. Nurses are IV
certified and ANA certified in Gerontology. All
residents and patients enjoy a well-rounded therapeutic
recreation program enhancing quality of life.
The facility, located on the campus of Clara
Maass Medical Center, an affiliate acute-care
hospital, also offers 24-hour respite services. Rehabilitation
services are provided by the Saint
Barnabas Rehabilitation Affiliates.
