Green Brook, NJ -- On Saturday, September 26, from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m., Greenbrook Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, an affiliate of the Saint Barnabas Health Care System, will host a free community health fair featuring blood pressure screenings, stroke education, healthy eating tips, information about advanced directives and living wills, entertainment, refreshments and much more.
