On Saturday, September 27, from Noon – 4:00 p.m., Ashbrook Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, located at 1610 Raritan Road in Scotch Plains, will host a community vendor market on its spacious front lawn. Featured products include designer handbags, sterling silver jewelry, name-brand footwear and cosmetics, and clothing. A portion of the proceeds from all sales will be donated to Ashbrook to benefit programs for its residents and patients as well as events for the community such as a petting zoo and holiday celebrations.
