 The SBBHN Access Center is electronically networked through a sophisticated behavioral health information computer system which allows the Access Center staff to identify the most appropriate providers and schedule assessments during the initial call. Through the Priority Access Library (P.A.L.) information system, the Access Center staff has instant access to information on all Network programs. Callers are assessed and the appropriate level of care is determined.
