Our treatment programs are personally tailored to individuals who are diagnosed with all major psychiatric conditions, including depression and anxiety, as well as those with a dual diagnosis of a
major psychiatric condition and a co-occurring substance abuse problem.
Individualized treatment plans are developed by a team of highly skilled specialists who are certified in their areas of expertise, including:
— Psychiatrists
— Advanced Practice Nurses
— Licensed Clinical Social Workers
— Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselors
These experienced professionals understand that continual progress in reaching personal goals is the key to successful therapy. Through therapeutic intervention and motivation, they are changing the lives of patients with behavioral health problems every day.
Saint Barnabas Behavioral Health Center provides outpatient services that feature highly structured therapies including individual, psychotherapy, psycho-educational groups, recovery-based groups
for the dually diagnosed and medication management. Family therapy is provided when clinically indicated.
Groups specializing in women’s, men’s and geriatric issues are offered.
The Stepping Stones intensive outpatient program is designed for individuals who require treatment three to five days per week, depending on their needs. Three and a half hour sessions are offered Monday through Friday with both morning and afternoon sessions offered for the patient's convenience.
