Patient Satisfaction/ Press Ganey Scores

The Saint Barnabas Medical Center Emergency Department is totally committed to providing quality care and achieving the highest levels of patient satisfaction. The department receives monthly reports prepared by Press, Ganey, the health care industry’s largest national patient satisfaction survey company. The most recent scores for the Emergency Department rank the Saint Barnabas Medical Center Emergency Department in the 97^th percentile among its peers for patient satisfaction. A high percentage of patients give very high scores to the medical and nursing staff. 

Shortly after your visit to the Emergency Department, you will receive a patient survey. Your response to this survey is an important part in our continuous efforts to meet this commitment.
