Patient Representative, Department Of (973) 322-5164 Patient Representatives assist patients and families with any questions or concerns that may arise during their hospital stay by working closely with medical and departmental staff. The Department is also a resource for information and assistance regarding patient rights, advance directives, assistive devices for the handicapped.
