Back By Patient Request: LIVINGSTON -- At the request of our patients, Saint Barnabas Medical Center is once again asking grateful community members to write in and recognize their outstanding physicians by participating in the “I Love My Doctor” Campaign 2009. Please share any stories or personal experiences that exemplify what is extraordinary about your physician’s service to you and your family or the community. To do so, please send a letter explaining why you love your doctor. Please include your contact information (name, address, phone number and email). The deadline is August 15, 2009. Letters can be emailed to SBMCILOVEMYMD@SBHCS.COM; faxed to 973-324-5208; or mailed to I Love My Doctor, Saint Barnabas Medical Center, 94 Old Short Hill Road, Room 143, Livingston, NJ 07039. To be eligible, physicians must be on staff with Saint Barnabas Medical Center in Livingston, N.J. If you are not sure that your physician is on staff, please ask the Department of Public Relations. All those who are reluctant to put pen to paper can call 973-322-5425 for help. Additional information can be found on our website. Letters will be publicly displayed and a selection will be read at a special event that will be held during “We Are Saint Barnabas!”, a week-long celebration beginning October 21, 2009. Recognized physicians and their patients will be invited to the special event. Take advantage of this unique way to thank an outstanding doctor who has made a tangible difference in people’s lives by helping to make them better and, in many instances, saving their lives.
