  • Robotics and Beyond presented by Joseph V. DiTrolio, M.D.
  • What’s New in Radiation Oncology presented by Andrew Zablow, M.D.
  • Moving Prostate Cancer Treatment into the 21st Century presented by Stuart Leitner, M.D.

According to the American Cancer Society, approximately 6,000 New Jersey men are diagnosed with prostate cancer each year. Several factors can increase the risk of a man developing prostate cancer. Prostate cancer is the most common cancer among men, excluding skin cancer, and the second leading cause of cancer death in men.

The evening is an opportunity for prostate cancer patients, their families and community members to hear from medical experts regarding current topics in the treatment of prostate cancer.

A light dinner will be served at 6 p.m. and the presentation will be held from 6:30 to 9 p.m. in the Islami Auditorium at Saint Barnabas Medical Center, 94 Old Short Hills Road in Livingston.  Free parking will be available in the main visitors’ lot for the evening program only.  The event is free, but pre-registration is required for the evening program by calling (973) 322-2668 by September 2.
