Aquatic Exercise Classes  (973) 322-7444

These classes offer water-based group exercise for up to six individuals and are led by a certified aquatics instructor. Aquatic exercise is an ideal exercise medium, which displaces the body’s weight to eliminate stress on joints and provides a cushion against injury. Aquatic exercise is excellent for improving cardiovascular fitness, muscle strength and flexibility. A heated indoor pool is accessible to wheelchair-bound individuals.
