From The New Jersey Turnpike:

Exit at the 15W Exit. After paying toll, take the first exit on your right (Kearny). The service road will take you to Harrison Avenue. Take Harrison Avenue 3/4 mile to the second traffic light (Schuyler Avenue) and make a right. Take Schuyler Avenue 3/4 mile to Bergen Avenue and make a left. Go five blocks up hill and see Clara Maass Medical Center, West Hudson Division on the left.

From Route 3 (West):

Exit at Orient Way/Rutherford Exit. At the top of the ramp, make a left onto Orient Way. Follow to Page Avenue. At Page Avenue, make a left. Follow about three miles to Bergen Avenue. Make a right onto Bergen Avenue. Go four blocks to Clara Maass Medical Center, West Hudson Division. The facility is on the left.

From Route 3 (East):

Take the exit at Park Avenue. Make an immediate right onto Rutherford. Make first left onto River Road (the name of the road changes to Passaic Avenue as you begin driving). Go about five miles to Bergen Avenue and make a left. Pass through the traffic light at Kearny Avenue. Clara Maass Medical Center, West Hudson Division is three blocks down on the right.

From Route 280 (East):

Exit at #16 Harrison. Make a left at second light onto Harrison Avenue. Go three blocks to Frank E. Rodgers Blvd. Make a left onto Frank E. Rodgers Blvd., which will change to Kearny Avenue, once in Kearny. Follow for about 3/4 mile to Bergen Avenue. See a "Quick-Chek" food market on the corner. Make a right there. Clara Maass Medical Center, West Hudson Division is three blocks down, on the right.

From Jersey City:

Take Route 7 (Belleville Turnpike) across the meadowlands to Schuyler Avenue. Make a left onto Schuyler Avenue. Take Schuyler Avenue about two miles to Bergen Avenue, and make a right. Go five blocks to Clara Maass Medical Center, West Hudson Division. See facility on the left.

From The George Washington Bridge:

Go over the bridge. Look for signs reading, "95-S/New Jersey Turnpike." Follow these signs for 15W. Follow directions "From New Jersey Turnpike," above.

From The Garden State Parkway (North):

Exit 145. Take ramp to toll. After toll follow signs to Route 280 East. Follow directions "From Route 280 East," as listed above.

From The Garden State Parkway (South):

Exit 145. No toll. Follow signs to Route 280 East. Follow directions "From 280 East," as listed above.
