Rajiv Verma, MD, Director of Cardiac Catheterization and Interventional Cardiology at Children’s Hospital of New Jersey at Newark Beth Israel Medical Center, is experienced in interventional cardiac catheterization for congenital heart disease in all age groups. He received his medical degree from the University of Zambia and completed his residency at New York University Medical Center, New York, NY. He completed a fellowship at New York University Medical Center and Children’s Hospital, Boston, Massachusetts.
Dr. Verma has lectured at several national professional association meetings on percutaneous therapy of congenital heart disease and advances in the management of Kawasaki disease. He maintains a special interest in evolving therapeutic modalities to alleviate complex congenital heart disease.
