The Saint Barnabas Multiple Sclerosis Care Center offers comprehensive care for patients, including medical, nursing, neuropsychological evaluation and cognitive therapy. Physical, occupational, and speech therapies as well as social work consultation are also available.
Drug treatments include training in self-administration of MS prophylactic drugs such as interferon and in-office administration of intravenous corticosteroids, gamma globulin and chemotherapy. State-of-the-art outpatient rehabilitation therapies and programs in wellness and complementary medicine are provided in conjunction with the Saint Barnabas Ambulatory Care Center.
