robotic technology, using the

Surgical System.
Surgeons from around the world come to the Medical Center's
Robotic Training Center to learn the art of precision
and control in advanced robotic-assisted surgeries. The
Center demonstrates the depth and comprehensiveness of
the System's Robotic Surgery program and the medical
community's growing interest in robotic-assisted surgery.
The robotic training center, which opened Aug.
15, 2006, offers training for minimally invasive procedures
that are also conducted in the hospital. Specialties
include cardiac, adult urology, pediatric urology, gynecology,
gynecologic oncology and general surgery.
