Information for Referring Physicians

Our staff and Center are committed to providing the finest pediatric hematologic and oncologic care to your patients. Our staff is extremely experienced, with a summary of our training and credentials found in the individual site sections under “Meet our Team.” In addition to our experience and skill, a key to our Center is our individual approach to patients. Each of our patients is followed primarily by one of our attending pediatric hematologist/oncologists. That physician has the prime responsibility of communicating with you as the referring physician, quickly and comprehensively providing information on children and families referred for consultation, and keeping you involved and updated while children are undergoing therapy.

We are available 24 hours a day for urgent and non-urgent problems. On-call and backup physicians are always available, ensuring our ability to manage multiple or difficult cases. Even non-urgent patients can be seen within 24 hours to reassure an anxious family.
