Clinical Trials and Research Studies

Our three Valerie Fund Children's Centers are active participants in the Children's Oncology Group which is the largest cooperative pediatric oncology clinical trial group in the world. It consists of more than 250 medical centers throughout the world. This provides opportunities for our eligible youngsters to participate in a large number of clinical trials utilizing state-of-the-art treatments for children with cancer. Any child diagnosed with cancer receives the same state-of-the-art care based on COG protocols, closer to home in a friendly environment.
