A team approach at The Valerie Fund Children’s Center for Cancer and Blood Disorders at Saint Barnabas, which is part of The Pediatrics Department at Saint Barnabas Medical Center, ensures that all children receive compassionate, technologically advanced care throughout all aspects of their diagnosis and treatment. Our excellent staff is comprised of three hematologists/oncologists, as well as pediatric nurses, therapists, and a child life specialist and social worker. These professionals work together so that all children and families feel cared for and comfortable during their time in our Center.
