Welcome to Our Center

Our spacious, 7,000 square foot Valerie Fund Children's Center is a state-of-the-art facility. It provides everything necessary to meet the ambulatory medical needs of our children and their families, but it was also designed to recognize the important role every family plays in a young child's life. Every effort is made to ensure that families are as comfortable as possible and kids are allowed to simply be kids. Our most central and important spaces are our playrooms - including a wonderful playroom for our younger children, with features such as lower sinks for the little ones, and specially placed electric plugs so children can remain on intravenous infusion pumps while at play.

There is a very comfortable reception and waiting area with a refreshment room with coffee, snacks, breakfast and lunch for the children. If the children prefer, treatment can be provided in the playroom areas. If families desire a more quiet or private setting, our separate treatment area includes individual units with a comfortable chair or bed, a television, and space for family members to stay with their child during treatments.

A soundproof procedure room provides for a more comfortable environment for children and also allows us to readily provide sedation, whenever needed, for procedures. 

Valet parking is provided free for families.
