The course is designed
to develop the resuscitation skills of physicians, physician
assistants, nurses, paramedics, and respiratory therapists.
All students must submit copies of their current
Healthcare Provider CPR card with their PALS registration.
There are two types of PALS courses offered:
- This program is for students who do
not have a current PALS card, for those students
renewing with current cards who wish to take the full program.
Attendance at sessions is mandatory.
- This is for those students with current unexpired cards
who possess an active familiarity with PALS, and feel
comfortable with an abbreviated renewal course.
